Diagnostic Conversation
Determining fit for group-wide application
The Diagnostic Conversation exists to establish clarity — not to persuade, evaluate, or enroll.
ETHS™ works at the level of
structure, orientation, and responsibility.
Because of this, it must be applied carefully, especially when others are involved.
This page explains
who the Diagnostic Conversation is for,
what it is, and
what it is not, before any request is made.
who is this for
Diagnostic Conversations are available only to individuals who currently run an institution or private organization and carry responsibility for its environment.
This includes:
- Owners
- Directors
- Principals
- Founders
- Head instructors
- Administrators with final operational authority
If you do not currently hold responsibility for an organization or group, this conversation is
not appropriate at this stage. ETHS™ Membership remains available for individual study and formation.
purpose of the diagnostic conversation
The Diagnostic Conversation exists to determine — with clarity —
whether ETHS™ can be applied as a shared structural framework across an environment, rather than as an individual effort alone.
It is not:
- an enrollment step
- a sales call
- an evaluation of people
- a commitment to proceed
It is a structured conversation intended to assess:
- the nature of the environment
- the responsibilities involved
- the readiness for structural application
- whether ETHS™ is appropriate at all
In some cases, the correct outcome is not to proceed.
what the diagnostic conversation is not
To be clear:
- It does not promise results
- It does not guarantee a partnership
- It does not move directly into programs
- It does not bypass clarity
ETHS™ does not assume that every environment should adopt its structure.
Clarity — not expansion governs this process.
possible outcomes
After the Diagnostic Conversation, several outcomes are possible:
- No fit
The conversation clarifies that ETHS™ is not appropriate for the environment at this time. - Limited pilot exploration
A short, bounded application may be considered to observe fit in practice. - Mutual determination to proceed further
Only after clarity, observation, and alignment do both sides determine whether deeper application is appropriate.
There is no obligation to move forward in any direction.
before you request a diagnostic conversation
Please request a Diagnostic Conversation only if all of the following are true:
- You currently run an institution or private organization
- You carry responsibility for people, culture, and direction
- You are seeking structural clarity, not a quick solution
- You understand that the outcome may not be to proceed
If these conditions are not met, this conversation will not be helpful.
requesting a diagnostic conversation
If you meet the qualifications above and wish to proceed, you may submit a request.
The request form exists only to:
- confirm eligibility
- understand the environment at a high level
- determine whether a conversation should be scheduled
Submitting a request does not guarantee a conversation will take place.
closing Note
ETHS™ works best where responsibility is already being taken seriously.
The Diagnostic Conversation exists to honor that responsibility — by ensuring that clarity comes before action, and structure before commitment.
